You WillOversee the media budget allocated to paid search, Bing ads, and affiliate channels and drive results to achieve our aggressive acquisition targets.Oversee the media budget allocated to paid search, Bing ads, and affiliate channels and drive results to achieve our aggressive acquisition targetsDrive the strategy and execution of PPC campaigns for lead generation globally.Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand generation.Ensure rigorous campaign set up and naming to ensure integrity of data that feeds timely and relevant reporting to track and measure results.Identify and implement data-driven experiments for ongoing learning and optimization.Lead a team of 3-4 search specialists.Partner with Content and design team focused on acquisition experiences on landing pages, banners and ad copies, to ensure that we are innovating the end-to-end experience for new lead.Collaborate and partner with other media channels managers (Paid Social, Native ads and Programmatic) to capture and share learnings, and ensure cohesive and complementary campaign strategies.Build a strong relationship with key media partners, including Google Ads as well as other partners to maintain and grow access and resources that help us stay on the cutting edge of media buying practices and tacticsLead initiatives to implement and standardize processes with centralized cross-functional teams and brand stakeholders alikeBased in or willing to move to Barcelona. 2+ years of experience in a similar role within different GEO's.2+ years of team/people management experience.Google ads and/or Bing ads experience Huawei, Reddit and/ore Twitter experience would be a plus.Highly adaptable, flexible and comfortable with managing multiple projects.Experience with data analytics and attribution tools Analytical mindsetAbility to handle different projects and manage large scale / high investment accountsFLUENT in EnglishAbove average base salary + extremely aggressive bonus structure + benefits + relocation package if based outside of BCN and much more!
