Your Mission: We are looking for a Team Leader to create a new team for the Documents Screener product development.
The team will be Full-Stack initially, with a potential split into separate Frontend and Backend teams based on project needs.
During the 3-month onboarding process, you will actively participate in development and gain a deep understanding of the current infrastructure, services, and components.
After onboarding, you will officially lead the new team.
What You Will Do: Team management and planning.Participate in recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.Oversee the design and development of backend and frontend components with a focus on architectural integrity and team collaboration.Conduct code reviews.Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing mentoring and development support for team members.Collaborate with other development teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of features.Work with the product manager to align technical development with product goals and timelines.Collaborate with DevOps to ensure smooth deployments and efficient CI/CD pipelines.What You Bring: Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
