This requires accountability for the cultivation of given crop(s) all over the site (including climate control, crop protection, fertilization, and irrigation).You ensure all tasks within the crop trials are executed in alignment with the crop and financial/budget objectives.You use technical knowledge and experience to partner with Breeders/Researchers and agree on the most effective conditions.You are responsible for a healthy and safe working environment and participate in and contribute to the International Growing teams.Main internal contacts:Breeders, Researchers - Alignment on crop cultivation and management.
