As Team Lead Customer Success Management & Account Management SPAIN, you will lead and guide our team of account managers and customer success professionals, and together with them support our B2B customers in Spain.
You will ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, and will be responsible for developing strategies for customer success, fostering strong relationships with our clients to ensure they derive maximum value from our SaaS products.

Hold regular team meetings/121's to discuss performance, share updates, and provide coaching. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Create and manage customer success plans to achieve desired outcomes. Oversee account management to ensure exceptional customer service. Conduct regular business reviews to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.Promote continuous learning and improvement within the team.Implement innovative solutions to enhance processes.
