About the Role
This is a commercial role that helps to achieve our ambitious growth plans. You will drive the design and implementation of key strategic propositions and capabilities required for us to exceed market and partner needs and to build competitive advantages in our core markets across Europe, focusing primarily on Spain, Italy, Germany, UK and France. As a Market & Partner Development Expert you will work closely with the local distribution teams to identify opportunities and design strategic propositions that enable us to further penetrate the market and grow our business.
You will then lead the implementation of these propositions together with a cross functional team of SMEs. You will report to the Head of Market & Partner Development and sit within the Life & Health Distribution team.
About You
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B distribution, proposition development or business development positions in the insurance sector
- Experience working across one or more of our focus markets (Spain, Italy, Germany, UK and France)
- Experience working in the broker and/or bancassurance space in one of these markets
- Good understanding of the competitor landscape as well as competitive insurance propositions and capabilities
- Sound understanding of digital capabilities a real plus
- Can deep dive into the other markets and quickly gain relevant experience and insights.
- Commercially driven, strategic but execution focused, curious, a quick learner, hands on
- Fluent in English - Spanish/Italian/German a plus
