We are proud to set the standard for success in our industry. We are looking for a strong, talented individual to lead our Finance team with the requirements for a Head of Finance. The Head of Finance will be ideally based in our office in Barcelona and will report to the VP Finance EMEA ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions.Position summary: The person responsible for this role will be the leader of our shared service organization in Iberica and will partner with multiple business areas with unique business models while supporting them in achieving their ambitious goals by managing the finance shared services. This includes the production of periodic financial and tax reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial and tax results, manage the cash in coordination with Group Treasury and ensure that reported results comply with local GAAP and international financial reporting standards. This role will require strategic leadership to identify and define a shared service function, implementing adequate processes to successfully manage the continued implementation of SAP S4 Hana and lead the Finance shared services. This person will also manage the AR and AP team in addition to the management of the accounting team. In this role, the Head of Finance will ensure the merge of different relatively small finance organizations into one standardized and unified organization and drive upcoming merges and business transformation in order to increase efficiencies.This is a demanding role in a fast-paced environment.
