The Director, Plasma Project Planning and Operations will report directly into the President of Plasma and be a key member of the Grifols Plasma Leadership Team (GPLT). Incumbent will work closely with all members of the GPLT and other key senior leaders and stakeholders across Grifols to drive and execute strategic projects, identify, develop, and implement cross functional initiatives to support the Plasma business strategy.ResponsibilitiesServes as a strategist, consultant and implementer for the Plasma President.Who you areTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
