Unlocking the full potential of life.Job PurposeThe Tax Specialist_VAT Expert will be part of the Tax HQ Department of Recordati. His/Her role will be focused mainly on VAT and Customs issues and partially on corporate income taxes. He/She will also assist in identifying areas of risk and opportunities for sustainable planning of indirect taxes and provide internal advisory support across the Group.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding daily support to all VAT compliance activities within the Group;Acting as the point of contact for external compliance providers;Participating in IT projects, cross-team round tables, knowledge sharing and training;Monitoring changes in VAT laws and integrating them into company processes;Supporting internal departments with customs-related enquiries;Assisting with other indirect taxes (stamp duties etc.).Required EducationLaw / Business AdministrationRequired Skills and ExperienceTechnical CompetenciesGood knowledge of VAT regulations;Experience in customs area;Analytical skills with high attention to detail;Required Behaviours and CompetenciesRequired LanguagesEnglishAt Recordati we believe in people!
