.Report to : Deputy Head of Operational Permanent Control (OPC)Mission and Objectives : The main objectives of the Operational Permanent Control team are:Ensure that operational risk management and permanent control framework are built on a risk-based approach.Support management team by providing the main KPI's, risks, and control environment.Maintain the consistency of the Permanent Control framework, supporting Group Financial Controls team.Support implementation of the operational risk monitoring guidelines issued by the second line of defense based on the instructions provided by the Group.Monitor the level of deployment of permanent operational control activities.As Operational Permanent Control Officer, you are responsible for ensuring the respect and implementation of the key internal control principles of BNP Paribas Group, performing the main responsibilities for all the teams of Financial Services Platform (in both locations: Madrid and Lisbon).Main Responsibilities As Senior Officer, the main responsibilities are focused on helping management of the team, leading independently the areas assigned and supporting junior team members on:Risk and Control Self-Assessment :Ensure that Process / Risk / controls exist and are performed by teams.Coordinate the identification of processes and associate the risks with these processes.Guarantee the effective implementation and maintenance of the Risk Control and Self Assessment framework at the appropriate level.Operational Incidents Monitoring :Identification of operational risks.Ensure that all potential incidents are regularly updated.Monitor and follow-up on operational incidents and their resolution.Coordinate the assessment, quantification, and update.Follow-up and/or initiate action plans consistent with Risk Self-Assessment.Support Group Policies implementation.Ensure the correct monitoring of Permanent Documentation.Control Environment :Coordinate the adaptation of generic control plans functions at operational level.Coordinate the implementation of operational controls, analysis of control results and formalization of analyses.Follow-up on Action Plans.Recommendations follow-up.IT controls (access rights management follow-up).Follow of Nearshoring / Offshoring process and SLA's management.Data Quality Controls.Support organization in all initiatives needed to strengthen the control environment.Monitoring of Business Continuity Management processes.Requirements Training and Occupational Experience :Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is a plus.Professional experience: Between 3 to 5 years of experience in external or internal audit, control, or risk department. Previous experience in Finance or banking is a plus.Knowledge of Business Process modelling.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Experience in leading small teams (2-3 members) or leading small projects.Experience of working in an international environment would be a plus
