.We are expanding the Corporate Administration, Tax and Legal Department We are looking for a candidate to join the team in charge of planning and managing the tax obligations of the Group's companies, ensuring the correct management of the tax aspects of all business processes within the assigned companies.
THE CHALLENGE: In coodination with the Director of the area and external tax advisors, the main functions to be developed will be: Definition of Tax Strategy and Policies: Collaborate in the formulation and updating of tax strategies and policies that align the company's objectives with current regulations, guaranteeing efficient and responsible tax management.
Compliance and tax legislation updates: Help track changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the team stays informed and complies with updates.
Compliance Spain: Manage and ensure compliance with tax obligations in Spain, including Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax, CBC, and form 232, among others.
Internal Advisory: Provide advice and resolve queries from different areas of the organisation, such as commercial and procurement, on tax and compliance issues, facilitating informed decision-making.
M&A and Tax Audits: Act as the main point of contact for the coordination of tM&A and tax audits, ensuring that the established deadlines and requirements are met.
Group Tax Monitoring and Control: Monitor and analyse the tax situation of the different business units, ensuring that regulations are complied with and tax burdens are optimised.
Group Tax Forecasting: Prepare short- and long-term fiscal projections, analysing trends and variations in fiscal regulations.
Prepare reports to facilitate financial planning and strategic decision-making.
Transfer Pricing Support: Assist in the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and minimising tax risks.
Pillar Two Implementation: Lead the implementation of Pillar Two of international tax regulations, assessing its impact on the company's tax structure.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with new regulatory requirements.
Digitalisation and IT Compliance Projects: Involvement in digitalisation initiatives including the implementation of electronic invoicing and other tax compliance IT requirements.
Development of a Tax Risk Management System: Design and implement a comprehensive system to identify, assess, and mitigate tax risks.
Create policies and procedures to ensure a proactive approach to risk management.
