TAX EXPERT (SPAIN - FRANCE) (IRC222777)Open date - closing date:09 / 01 / 2024 - 09 / 03 / 2024Location:European Union - Spain - MADRID - ES - MADRID GLORIETA DE QUEVEDOProfessional Family:ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTSAbout Plenitude Renewables:Plenitude is an energy benefit company that integrates the retail business and renewable generation with self-consumption and electric mobility solutions, providing electricity and gas to more than 10 million homes and businesses across Europe.As a member of the Finance department at Plenitude Renewables, you will be responsible for:Coordinating and improving the tax compliance system (direct and indirect taxes, local taxes) in coordination with the local Finance Manager; Advising on day-to-day questions on local tax matters involved in the investments carried out by the Group in the Spanish area; Monitoring local tax legislation and advising on general tax matters in line with the Group tax policy and procedures; Creating a link with thebusiness structure to detect potential tax impacts to be analyzed; Supporting the HQ in specific projects (reorganizational or optimization projects) and Group reporting procedures on international tax matters (CFC, hybrids, Transfer pricing); Supporting the M&A process in coordination with local Finance Manager and HQ; Supporting tax audit activities in coordination with external advisors, local Finance Manager, and HQ.This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:Bachelor or master's degree in economics or Law; Ideally a previous work experience in a Tax department of an Accounting Firm or Law Firm (preferred) or similar in-house experience; Previous work experiencein the energy sector is a plus; Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.Contract type:PermanentLocation:Madrid, Spain.
