With the launch of our innovative AI Automated Auditing platform, ITACA, we are excited to write the next chapter of our company and are looking for driven and talented Sales Ops specialists to help us grow our customer base and lead the market.
What will your role look like?
As a Sales Operations Specialist you will support the Sales & Marketing teams by leading lead generation efforts, conducting market research, assisting in sales support activities, and managing customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to build and grow the company's Sales operations tools and processes.
Your key responsibilities: Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, emailing, and networking.
Maintain and update a database of leads regularly to ensure accurate and current information.
Plan and launch targeted email campaigns in coordination with Marketing and leadership.
Assist senior executives with preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
Schedule meetings and coordinate sales activities to facilitate smooth operations.
Address customer inquiries promptly and provide detailed product information to enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage sales documentation and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Record all sales activities in the CRM system to maintain organized and up-to-date records and present regular data reports to the team to inform their strategy.
Gather and analyze information on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Provide insights and feedback to the sales team to help refine strategies and improve performance.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to communicate effectively with customers.
Highlight features and benefits of products to potential customers, supporting sales efforts.
Requirements Must-have skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Previous experience in the SaaS business and B2B services.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Good understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing sales environments.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
And some nice-to-haves… Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience working in remote and cloud-based environments with autonomy and self-accountability.

Requirements Must-haves: Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Completed or in-progress degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-motivated and disciplined.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
