You will report to the Group HR Talent Strategy Analyst.Main responsibilities will include:Support the execution of our global performance management process, ensuring all campaigns are successfully implemented, and drive continuous improvements in the model, based on feedback received, in collaboration with the HR teams from all countriesSupport in the execution of newly re-evaluated performance management process for 2024-2025 campaigns.
