You will proactively recognize hiring needs, build sourcing strategies, and assist us in filling our open vacancies with the best talent. We are looking for a great talent who could join the team and support us on this mission until the end of this year.
Your main responsibilities will be: Collaborate with hiring managers to define the profile needed and co-build with the Talent Acquisition Team the sourcing strategy by position. Manage the sourcing strategy for assigned recruitment needs: from job offer promotion and conversion activities to the talent map & long-list building. Measure and monitor Key Performance Indicators (Sourcing & Talent Acquisition) and maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System and other TA tools. Manage referrals from current workers and external networks. To succeed with this mission be sure that you have: Proven 2+ year work experience as a Talent Sourcer or a similar role in Talent Acquisition. Hands-on experience with talent sourcing strategies. Ability to understand business dynamics and translate business needs into concrete talent sourcing activities which will attract and engage the best talent profiles. Excellent oral and written communication skills (Spanish & English). Outstanding time-management, planning, and organizational skills. About us
