About the RoleEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesBeing the first person in contact with the market when screening profiles (CV) through the different talent attraction channels (job portals, social media, fairs, universities) and knowing how to manage it internally according to the needs of the recruitment team.Responsible for administrative support amongst the Partners Attraction team including scheduling, pulling reports and data entry.Work closely with recruiters by continually sending possible profiles validated by him/her/them.Utilizing ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results.Use of technology and recruiting tools in order to ensure that the job advertisements reach the right people and are having the correct visibility in the market.Be passionate about tech and on-demand and why people should choose Engel & Völkers.Essential RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business and/or related fields.Fluent English level. Other languages (Portuguese) will be very favorable.More than 1 year of experience as a Talent Sourcer or a similar position in the HR recruitment department.Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles.Familiarity with digital tools and/or other sources of talent selection channels.Strong communication skills (verbal and written).Strong sales skills.Ability to make decisions quickly.Relationship-building role.If your philosophy is based on teamwork, then you are the right person for our team!
