You will join our global people team and report to our Recruitment Lead.The ideal candidate is a quick learner, adaptable to evolving hiring needs, and can proactively overcome recruitment challenges.You'll become a crucial part of our recruiting strategy, diving deep into the talent pool to identify and attract top-notch candidates, enabling us to meet our ambitious growth objectives.Responsibilities:Identify and Engage Top Talent: Utilize various sourcing techniques and tools to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates for various positions across the organization.Collaborate with Hiring Teams: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of each role, the function and how it fits into the organization.Market Intelligence: Gather market data to inform recruitment strategies, including talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends. Use insights to enhance sourcing strategies and adjust tactics based on the competitive landscape.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining timely communication and providing feedback. Advocate for candidates and ensure their questions are answered promptly.Technology & Tools: Leverage technology and maintain proficiency with company-provided platforms and tools to track candidate progress through the recruitment process.
