At the moment SUMMA is embracing new challenges to:Promote talent development and growth in the company by designing career learning paths.Reinforce business knowledge sharing and accelerate Ferrovial's competitive advantages by making the best out of our internal knowledge.Reach a cutting-edge L&D function, providing best-in-class learning experiences to the employees.Therefore, we are looking for a Learning & Development temporary assignment that participates in the design and implementation of the new SUMMA learning strategy and programs.Functions:Design and manage development programs & events using different channels and methodologies (face to face, online, blended learning, gamification, collaborative tools, conferences), which fit with specific needs, target audiences, region, function, etc.Produce, develop and manage training content that is innovative in approach and demonstrates alignment to the business priorities at all times.Analyze Learning & Development needs in the Organization and assist Business Unit's HR teams to ensure the best matching between them and learning solutions.Review and optimize the current strategic programs or other projects related to L&D function.Boost the collaboration among Internal Experts of the Company.Screening the L&D market searching for the best trends, practices, partners and solutions.Work with external partners and HR business partners to generate learning options related to critical talent and key positions in the Company.Analyze and propose metrics that ensure effectiveness, applicability and greater impact of learning programs.Manage logistics related to those L&D initiatives assigned.Requirements:Prior experience (8-10 years) designing and implementing learning/training face to face & online solutions.Fluent English
