As **Talent & Organization Analyst**, some of your main responsibilities will be: Reengineer human talent business processes to drive efficiency and optimize the client's business, within a function, industry, technical and/or digital area.
Attract, develop and continuously optimize the talent resources, process excellence and change enablement needed to execute business strategies.
Organizational diagnosis and operational excellence improvement.
Change Management of Business Transformation & Rotate to the New in disruptive digital projects.
Process design and re-engineering improvement of the end-to-end cycle of the Human Capital Process excellence.
Define and implement digital capacities in the processes, projects and organizations in the human resources area.
Help customers navigate the new digital ecosystem by coexisting with the most traditional reality.
Participate in the modeling of new models and strategies of human resources.
Develop digital transformation strategies for the people area.
Promote T&O division projects (Cultural change, UX design, HR transformation function, new change management, etc.).

Qualifications : 2-3 years of relevant, hands-on experience in HR processes, organizational (re-)design and operational improvement projects.
