What your day to day looks like :Build a close and trustworthy relationship with management teamAssess teams' talent sustainability periodically. Build and follow plans to address problematics.Drive talent acquisition efforts & assess final candidates' culture fitManage / coordinate people processes (on/offboarding, role changes...)Write, re-write, improve, revamp, renovate, upgrade, enhance, refine, polish & update our people playbooks: talent acquisition, bi-annual reviews, performance management…Your teamSome of your teammates :Émilie, Talent Manager, is also a certified coach and sophrologist.
