Design and facilitate workshops and training programs to empower HRBPs with essential knowledge on talent strategies.Global Onboarding: Own the global onboarding process, ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for new hires that aligns with our company's culture and values. Harmonize regional onboarding efforts to create a consistent, positive experience worldwide.Performance Management: Partner with managers and employees to drive an effective performance management process, ensuring goals are continuously developed and tracked. Provide tools, resources, and guidance to enhance the performance review process.Career Pathing & Employee Engagement: Develop and implement clear career paths, empowering employees to see their growth potential.
