As a Talent Management Partner in the People Team you will be in charge of:Be a key player in defining and creating a talent mindset by supporting the design and development of talent identification and talent career processes and frameworks.Expand and roll out current processes and frameworks such as career paths and succession models to other areas.Coordinate the roll out of the performance management cycle and goal setting.Ensure regular status reporting of all core talent processes to key stakeholders.Support the roll out of a robust succession plan to develop our leaders and to get them ready for the next challenge promoting internal mobility.Drive talent decisions through a data-driven approach.Support engagement initiatives to raise engagement levels as an indicator of excellence in employee experience.Partner with COEs and HRBPs to roll out HR programs (e.G. Performance Reviews, Engagement surveys, Recognition program, etc.)Provide consultative support and guidance to managers on the implementation of core HR/Talent programs.What you need to succeed:Good to haveBring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions.
