What you will do: The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges, and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Talent Management Partner in the People Team, you will be in charge of:
Being a key player in defining and creating a talent mindset by supporting the design and development of talent identification and talent career processes and frameworks. Expanding and rolling out current processes and frameworks such as career paths and succession models to other areas. Coordinating the roll-out of the performance management cycle and goal setting. Ensuring regular status reporting of all core talent processes to key stakeholders. Supporting the roll-out of a robust succession plan to develop our leaders and prepare them for the next challenge, promoting internal mobility. Driving talent decisions through a data-driven approach. Supporting engagement initiatives to raise engagement levels as an indicator of excellence in employee experience. Partnering with COEs and HRBPs to roll out HR programs (e.g., Performance Reviews, Engagement surveys, Recognition program, etc.). Providing consultative support and guidance to managers on the implementation of core HR Talent programs. Here's what you need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields plus 4 years of progressive HR experience in a high-speed, high-growth environment. A high-energy, thoughtful HR partner who can work at a detailed tactical level and also see the big picture. Strong project management skills: used to working autonomously, taking ownership, and accountability of your projects. A critical thinker: asks lots of questions to uncover why things happen in a certain way to add value. Problem solver: able to find pragmatic solutions that work for eDO. A hands-on approach: comfortable both designing and implementing initiatives in all areas of HR. Proven ability to think creatively, participate fully, and work collaboratively to develop and execute programs. Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow. Ability to manage change and shifting priorities. Strong communications and relationship-building skills to effectively support and connect with employees in many different teams. Ability to juggle multiple tasks while still delivering high-quality results. Proficient spoken and written English communication skills.
