We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Intern to join our team.
This role will give you hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate management, and HR operations.

What You'll Do: Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Application Screening: Review resumes and applications to help identify top talent for various roles.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth interview process.
Onboarding Support: Help with the onboarding process by collecting new hire documents, setting up profiles, and organizing orientations.
Personal Assistant Duties: Assist with managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling administrative tasks for the talent team or executives.
Talent Engagement: Support with employer branding efforts by managing candidate communication and engagement initiatives.
Data Management: Maintain and update the talent database, ensuring accuracy and organization.
Event Coordination: Assist with organizing career fairs, networking events, and talent development workshops.
Research: Conduct research on industry trends, talent acquisition strategies, and competitor analysis.
What You'll Bring: A passion for HR, talent acquisition, and people management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of HR systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
