You will oversee the design and delivery of leadership and talent development solutions that are culturally relevant, scalable globally and aligned with Berry's global priorities.You will partner with business leaders across the globe to understand business needs, provide hands-on support and coaching, and deliver impactful leadership development programs.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and assess leadership development needs using a range of methods including assessment tools, talent review discussions etc.Define and execute a leadership development strategy aligned with Berry's business goals.Design and deliver leadership development programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance key leadership skills.Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to identify high-potential employees and create strategies to drive their development.Establish a framework for mentoring and coaching programs to foster the growth and development of high potential talent.Implement succession planning initiatives to build a pipeline of skilled leaders for critical roles within the organization.Support and coach senior leaders, providing guidance on leadership best practices and development opportunities.Identify key results and metrics for leadership programs, evaluate their effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.Create an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and embed inclusivity in all our programs and processes.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in leadership and talent development.QualificationsBS/BA with Masters preferred.8+ years of leadership development experience with up-to-date knowledge of leadership development practices including assessment, assimilation and coaching.An impressive track record of leadership development program design and delivery, with experience embedding DE&I practices into all talent initiatives
