Job Description

Assist the Talent & Culture team to plan, manage, coordinate and participate in personnel activities of all the departments in areas of:
Recruitment & SelectionCompensations & BenefitsTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Management SystemRecommend, implement, formulate and execute organizational policies, procedures, rules, regulations and programs for all employees.Bring to the attention of Management any matter which may affect the interests of the hotel.Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of department's objectives and policies.Promote and manage a positive and productive work environment by working with the management team to provide clear communication and fair and timely evaluations of the team.Ensure compliance of employees with established procedures and practices.Facilitate open, two-way communication and resolve all employee relations issues in a timely manner.Monitor employee turnover and react appropriately to improve retention.Administer various processes for employees, in coordination with the Talent & Culture Department. Qualifications

Masters in Human Resource Management.
Minimum 1 year of experience at the same level and 4 years of overall experience, preferably in a luxury hotel.

Additional Information

Oral and written fluency in English.
