Your mission  We are in search of a talented and experienced Talent Advisor with a specialized focus on corporate culture to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the leadership model, promoting and ensuring the values and behaviors of the company, fostering a culture of feedback, ensuring that every member of the organization lives Ferrer's purpose every day, and overseeing the ways of working within the organization.
Additionally, you will lead other projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our organizational culture and driving employee engagement and performance. 
Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to promote and reinforce the company's values and behaviors throughout the organization. Cultivate a culture of continuous feedback and growth, encouraging open communication and learning at all levels. Implement and roll out the leadership model that embodies Ferrer's values and purpose. Advise leadership on best practices for fostering a positive, inclusive, and purpose-driven work environment. Collaborate with People Business Partners and other stakeholders to develop and implement programs and initiatives aligned with our purpose and culture. Lead initiatives to measure, track, and improve culture-related metrics and KPIs. Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and events that reinforce cultural initiatives and our purpose.  Oversee the ways of working within the organization to ensure alignment with our values and goals. Lead other projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our organizational culture and driving employee engagement and performance. Why Ferrer? You will rock at this role if you match with:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven 5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions, with a focus on culture and leadership development. Strong understanding of organizational culture and its impact on employee engagement and performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proven ability to design and implement innovative programs and initiatives that drive culture change and foster a positive work environment.
