Responsibilities: Creating job descriptions.
Attracting both active and passive talent.
Screening resumes.
Conducting phone evaluations and collaborating in technical interviews.
Monitoring candidates.
Tasks related to Human Resources Development.
What are we looking for?
Education : Completed university degree.
Experience : Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, including internships.
Attitude : Proactivity and eagerness to learn about technical profile recruitment.
