Overview of tasks:
Manage and lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists at our Barcelona location
Develop and mentor TA personnel, providing weekly updates to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Europe
Responsible for recruitment processes and strategies and their further development
Reporting and analysis of recruiting KPIs and derivation of targeted measures
Foster close collaboration and problem-solving with executives and employees
Creation of requirement profiles and job advertisements
Planning, implementation and follow-up of internal and external recruiting events
We are looking for:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting or HR
At least 1 year of experience in leading a Talent Acquisition team
Proficient knowledge of Spanish labor and industrial relations law
Experience from the BPO industry will be considered as an advantage
Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
Exceptional fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus
Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong team player with assertiveness and negotiation skills
