Together, we're looking for a German speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Essen or Leipzig.Position:  Talent Acquisition SpecialistLocation: Essen or Leipzig, GermanyWork Model: hybridEmployment type: Full-time  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, conduct, and follow up on phone calls and job interviews
Asses applicants via aptitude tests to find the best fit for teams
Guide applicants through every step of the recruitment process
Work with our social media team to develop exciting content and campaigns
Manage recruitment databases 
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/ fluency in German (C1 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level)
Previous experience in human resources is a plus
Knowledge of German labor law would be beneficial
Comfortable using common PC and internet applications.
Excellent communication skills and a desire to continue to learn
Able to work carefully with attention to detail and independently
