.Hello!At Factorial we're looking for a new Talent Acquisition Specialist for the DACH Market to help us boost the People Team to the next level.The RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across the organization at all levels of seniority. You will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Team Leads to understand their requirements, drive the recruitment process, and ensure the seamless integration of new hires into our organization. Your ability to identify and engage with exceptional candidates will directly contribute to our company's success in building innovative and high-performing teams. As part of your day by day you will:Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring teams, and providing timely feedback to candidates.Conduct thorough screening of candidates through resume review, phone interviews, assessments, and behavioural interviews to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.Work closely with the different teams to understand their needs and priorities and advise them during the process.Be creative and propose action plans to continually identify new talents: sourcing methods, events, community management etc...Ensure the best Candidate Experience all along the stages of the recruitment process.Sourcing passive candidates and engaging them in our process from different channels.Help the team with different side projects as People Analytics, Recruitment Training, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, and much more!Your ProfileFluent in German and English.Proven experience as a recruiter tackling DACH markets, preferably in a fast-paced technology company.Comfortable working on diverse positions throughout the organization: sales, customer experience, product, engineering, finance, marketing, among others.In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methodologies.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a timely manner.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.Perks of being part of our teamWe care about people and we also offer a lot of benefits for employees:High growth, multicultural and friendly environment.Healthy life with Gympass (Gyms, pools, outdoor classes).Save expenses with Cobee.Language classes with Yolk Academy.Breakfast in the office and organic fruit.Free caffeine and theine.About UsFactorial is an all-in-one HR Software fast-growing company founded in 2016
