As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, mainly focusing on Technology profiles, you contribute to the growth of Protime. You'll be an integral part of our People & Culture team, collaborating closely with primarily Belgium-based colleagues. You attach great importance to ensuring that all new colleagues get a great onboarding and are eager to start their new job.
How are you going to do that? You take care of the entire recruitment process from A to Z (intakes with team leaders, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, following up on feedback, salary proposals, creating contracts, etc.). You have a say in how we attract talent. We asked you at the beginning of this text if you would like to write this job ad yourself soon, but it could also be a video, a social media campaign, or something completely different. No idea is too crazy! You have one of the most important roles in our organization, because you help determine our culture at the front. We do Values Based Recruitment, which means that we mainly look for the right match in values and culture. Not an easy task, but definitely a fun one! You have a global view on talent acquisition, putting the right people in the right place in our organization. You will work closely with the other Talent Acquisition Specialists and People Business Partners, who will guide you on your way. In addition, you will expand your internal network to work optimally with the hiring managers, among others. You're in contact with internal and external partners, such as our parent company SD Worx, assessment centers, etc. You will be involved in various HR projects to optimize the candidate journey, for example. This is you? You are fluent in English and Spanish. Additional knowledge of Dutch or French is an absolute plus. You have experience in recruiting technology profiles and onboarding from A to Z.
