Furthermore, you'll ensure the recruitment process flows smoothly while building solid connections with our forward-thinking leaders.What you'll doTake ownership of the entire full-cycle IT recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.Source, attract, and hire national and international candidates for technical positions across all levels, maintaining rigorous standards throughout.Develop and nurture strong working relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates and collaborating closely to meet hiring needs.Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates, searches, and recruitment reports, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the process.Contribute to building a positive and inclusive team culture by fostering collaboration, trust, and respect among colleagues.Demonstrate the ability to comprehend the broader perspective and identify candidates not only tailored to your own vacancies but also to share potential candidates with your colleagues.
Promote unity towards a collective team objective by highlighting the importance of reciprocal assistance.Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying The Workshop values and culturein all interactions with candidates and external network.
