The Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Madrid HQ We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our Madrid office . This role is a cornerstone of our HR team, leading the entire recruitment process and collaborating closely with managers to identify and attract the best talent in the market. Your Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage every step, from defining job descriptions to onboarding new hires. Collaborate with Managers: Partner with hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies that align with team needs. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify top talent using platforms like social media, job boards, and professional networks. Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate candidates through thorough screenings and structured interviews. Employer Branding: Represent Refinery89 as an ambassador, showcasing our vibrant culture and values. Market Research: Stay ahead of recruitment trends, particularly in the IT and sales sectors. Process Optimization: Continuously improve our recruitment strategies to attract the best talent efficiently. What We're Looking For: Experience: At least 2 years in recruitment (experience in IT and sales recruitment is a plus). HR Background: Experience within HR departments is valuable. Skills You Bring: Excellent communication abilities to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. A passion for conversations and building genuine connections with people. Strong active listening skills to understand and meet candidates' needs and motivations.
