ERM is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Adviser / Recruiter to support our Southern Europe recruitment delivery.Reporting to the Central & Southern Europe Talent Acquisition Manager you will sit as part of a multidisciplinary and international team to support ambitious and healthy growth within our business.About youPassionate about Talent Acquisition and the impact it has on the organisation goals, you are focused on delivering a best in class and continuously improving recruitment experience for Hiring Managers and candidates alike.You are an experienced recruiter, ideally with a balance of search and internal hiring within a matrix organization.Experienced & knowledgeable of the Southern European market you've worked on countries like Spain, Italy, France and/or BeneluxYou have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to sell the story and vision of the company and engage talent to join our mission.With excellent engagement and stakeholder management, you can truly partner with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to forge strong working relationships and achieve shared hiring goals.You have a creative approach, able to build the brand and develop robust hiring strategies,A solution driven mindset, you can identify and remove barriers to successful delivery. You demonstrate a mastery of organisational skills and agility to adapt to a changing and developing role as the business evolvesYou have an affinity for data and research-based approach to source talent and leverage data to influence staff/hiring decisionsPrior experience in technical, consulting and/or scientific related skills ideally in the environmental, civil engineering, oil & energy and/ or management consulting industry sector is beneficial but not essential.You are fluent in English and can also speak fluently one or more of the market languages: French, Spanish or Italian.The RoleAs the key contact within market, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition through to interview and offer for consultant hires.Support & guide hiring managers to fully understand role requirements, develop and execute sourcing strategy and manage a hiring experience that focuses on user experience whilst ensuring we secure the best talent.Partner with Country leadership team on workforce planning and strategic direction of hiring using both internal and external data and insights to drive results and engagement.Ensure that all recruitment is diligently managed on applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and real time reporting.Proactively develop talent pipeline to support future hiring needsProduce monthly management packs and weekly recruitment updated to ensure all parties are fully updated on hiring progress, success, barriers and solutions to overcomeSupport colleagues in wider EMEA region with hiring as required or on operational projects where requiredEnsure compliance to GDPR and other local data protection requirements, employment law and equal opportunities monitoring and philosophyWhy Join ERM?As well as being a key part of the largest organisation of its kind, your role will be helping to enable the low-carbon economic transition, finding colleagues who will directly help companies to make the world a better place and meet their Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).We offer flexible hybrid working, a competitive salary and benefits package.
