About the role As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and sourcing qualified talent through niche channels and social media outlets, ensuring the best candidate experience, managing hiring processes for various positions, and contributing to multiple projects within the People Team.
What challenges you'll be solving Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role.
Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.
Prepare job descriptions, manage postings on our career website and other relevant posting websites.
Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre-screening, on-site interviews, reference checks, and offers.
Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), coordinate background verifications aligned with company processes, and manage all follow-up communications.
Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs, and professional events to support seQura and its growth plan.
Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent.
Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy at seQura.
Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing employees.

What you'll need +3 years of in-house recruiting experience, covering all levels of an organization, from entry-level to senior-level positions in the Spanish market. Experience in the German and/or US markets is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish are a must.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods (scorecard- topgrading-competency-based interview).
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems. (We work with Recruitee).
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
The desire to work on something truly world-changing.
Previous experiences where you could bring positive and relevant impact in the different areas of Recruitment: KPIs or OKRs metrics that generated impact in the organization.
