.Job Purpose: To fulfil TD SYNNEX's people resourcing demands through the delivery of a professional, credible and proactive recruitment service.Responsibilities:Manage a seamless recruitment process from candidate attraction through to on boarding; prioritizing a range ofroles from Administration to Senior Management, Sales to Product Management, introducing a pipeline of talent for TD SYNNEX.Work closely with the Recruitment Manager in reducing recruitment spend by focusing on direct resourcing, leveraging internal and external networks, social media and minimising dependency on agencies.Manage relationships with search firms and PSL, ensuring compliance within agreed SLA's.
