Talent Acquisition Specialist Currently, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding the best talent.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and hire the best talent while enhancing employer branding, efficiently manage hiring, and build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Personnel Requirements Analysis: - Collaborate with HRBPs and department leaders to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Ensure that candidates understand the requirements of the position by creating appropriate job postings and adapting them to different platforms.
(linkedin, Teamtailor, Indeed, etc.).
Recruitment Strategies: - Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment sources, such as social media, job offers, specialized websites, etc.
Sourcing and Interviewing: - Conduct interviews and assess candidates to evaluate their match.
- Coordinate and conduct relevant tests and evaluations according to the specifications of the offers to be filled.
Networking and Relationships with Candidates and Third Parties: - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a network of professional contacts to help identify qualified candidates.
- Participate in local industry events and professional networks to expand the talent pool.
Reports and Analytics: - Generate reports and analyses on the performance of the hiring process.
- Use data to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.
Employer Branding: - Contribute to the development and maintenance of an attractive employer brand by developing and executing initiatives, participating in job fairs and forums, and managing specific campaigns according to profiles, highlighting the values and benefits of working for the organization, and representing it to third parties (candidates/institutions) within your specialization/work area (department/area).
Use of Tools and Technology: - Use advanced searching tools, recruitment platforms, and maintain rigor in feeding and exploiting the candidate management system (ATS).
REQUIREMENTS - Over 3 years of experience in talent attraction and acquisition, including corporate/strategic groups, mainly in retail.
- Over 3 years of experience with ATS (preferably Teamtailor), social media (especially LinkedIn Recruiter), and other recruitment tools.
- Skilled in headhunting, direct search, and managing multiple selection processes simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Candidate, customer and quality oriented.
- Knowledgeable in sourcing, attraction, onboarding, and engagement of talent.
- Proficient in developing both traditional and innovative sourcing methods to build a high-quality talent database.
