Every dollar our team donates is matched and together we have donated more than $33m to our charity partners.We offer generous team member discounts across The Good Guys and JB Hi-Fi.You will have exposure to ongoing training & development opportunities from day one.We offer fantastic long-term career opportunities across the broader JB Hi-Fi/The Good Guys group.About the roleManage end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, phone screening, candidate shortlisting, coordinating interviews and managing offers and onboarding.Effectively utilise various recruitment tools, processes and systems to manage the recruitment process (proactive sourcing tools, ATS, job boards, reference check/background check tools).Build effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates and business stakeholders to support in meeting the hiring needs of the business.Identify process gaps and recommend improvements throughout the recruitment cycle.Contribute to the development of standardised and repeatable recruitment systems and tools to facilitate effective recruitment processes and sound decision making.Work in close collaboration with the wider HR team, ensuring prompt communication of issues and outcomes impacting the broader HR team.About you1-2 years' experience in recruitment, human resources, customer service or similar roles.Experience in a fast-paced industry such as the retail industry is highly regarded.Experience recruiting for corporate (head office) roles is a bonus.Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and customers and manage multiple workflows concurrently.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and familiarity with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint).To applyIf you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
