This role also involves cultivating and fostering relationships with recruiting partners, hiring managers, and various other stakeholders to meet both immediate short-term talent needs and strategic long-term projects. This position is based in Barcelona, with the possibility of working remotely and occasional visits to the office in the city center.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the ongoing hiring needs of the business and establish the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles.Post job advertisements on job portals and cooperate with the Social Media team to create attractive campaigns.Reach out to target talent via social networks.Design and conduct engaging talent outreach campaigns together with the team.Speak with applicants about requirements for job applications.Analyze recruitment needs and candidates' profiles, and identify new sourcing channels.Organize initiatives and events to develop a professional network of contacts for potential candidates for open positions.Identify new opportunities for company brand image development and cooperate with various organizations.Perform systematic labor market analysis to monitor potentially suitable candidates for the company.Become an ambassador of the internal referral program; maintain contact and support program participants as needed; plan and execute initiatives to promote internally our open roles.Participate in job fairs, presentations, and other recruitment-related public activities in coordination with the team leader of the Talent Acquisition Team.Work systematically to develop the company's brand image as an employer.Assist in developing advertising/branding programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.Support all recruiting activities to foster and grow the company's talent pool.
