Talent Acquisition Partner - Global Hires (Remote In Europe)

Detalles de la oferta

With a global mission to make the healthcare experience more human, Docplanner Group is the world's biggest healthcare platform, serving patients and the healthcare ecosystems across 13 countries in Europe and LATAM. We create digital apps and software solutions for doctors, clinics, hospitals, and patients to enable the healthcare ecosystem and the patient journey to work together more seamlessly. Currently, we're on around €180m ARR (60% yoy growth) and are going to reach profitability in the first half of 2024! To ensure we have the right people in place for all this, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for Global Hires to join our team. What you'll be doing in this role: Hiring (and therefore attracting, reaching out to, assessing, and closing) world-class talent for our global teams (i.E. everything outside Tech & Product) across our 13 markets in Europe and LATAM. Keep a sharp focus on quality of hire and ensure our recruitment process assesses candidates fairly and effectively, planning for future needs. Improve recruitment processes, make data-based decisions, and share best practices with the whole team. Be a trusted advisor to the hiring managers you're partnering with; share insights you're seeing in the talent pool, advise on compensation strategies, and shape the narrative of the role/team to the market. Run, measure, and consistently find ways to improve candidate experience. In this role, you'll get exposure to many different teams - e.G. Marketing, Finance, RevOps, CS, etc. You bring: 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a company of similar growth/global reach, with a keen focus on quality hiring. Experience working (and hiring) across multiple markets. Fluency in English (and any other languages - e.G. Spanish, Portuguese, or Polish are additional nice-to-haves). A great read on people and strong assessment skills. We're also looking for: A strong sense of ownership in managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Diligence in following up with candidates. Great prioritization and attention to detail. Business orientation and understanding of the realities our hiring teams and candidates live in. Logistics: The role is remote first based in Europe (CET time zone). Please note that unfortunately, we cannot sponsor visas for this role at this point in time. What we're looking for in people that join us - our new Docplanner values: Focus on results. Think like an owner. Keep it simple, keep it lean. Be respectful and radically honest. Learn and be curious. #J-18808-Ljbffr
