Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Southern Europe Team, focusing on Spain, but also open to collaborating with other countries and Talent Partners in our region.
In your role, you will bring leadership to support and drive recruitments for roles across our business. You will have many responsibilities but also a lot of freedom to structure your days. Your responsibilities Support hiring managers in the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across Hitachi Energy within the geographic remit.Collaborate with the larger recruitment team on internal and external recruitment matters.Support recruitment campaigns from strategy and planning to activation.Identify short-term and long-term gaps in talent demand and advise on solutions to talent challenges.Communicate with candidates at all steps of the recruitment process.Promote Hitachi Energy as an employer of choice in relevant forums (job fairs, student & professional events, social media).Support in developing Hitachi Energy's recruitment strategy to identify and attract top talent.Analyze and interpret recruitment data.Your background You hold a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or other relevant areas.Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from a similar industry.You are flexible, humble, determined, and can work independently as well as collaborate well with others.You enjoy working with both operational and strategic tasks.You are a customer- and service-oriented person with strong communication skills.It is important to be structured and able to work effectively with several processes at once.Fluency in Spanish and English; a good level of French is desirable.
