Talent Acquisition Officer (TAO) - Cybersecurity & IT Recruitment Specialist - Madrid, Spain
We are seeking a specialized Talent Acquisition Officer with expertise in Cybersecurity and IT recruitment to join our growing team in Madrid.

Position Overview:
Join our TAM team to drive recruitment strategies specifically focused on Cybersecurity positions, managing full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple technical business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment process management, specializing in Cybersecurity and IT roles
- Development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies for technical positions
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline in the IT and Cybersecurity sectors
- Managing relationships with Business Managers and Competence Center Managers
- Coordinating technical interviews and assessment processes
- Creating and updating job descriptions
- Managing recruitment campaigns across various technical platforms and communities
- Conducting initial candidate screenings and technical qualification assessments
- Supporting employer branding initiatives in tech communities
- Maintaining recruitment metrics and providing regular reports
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with specific focus on IT and Cybersecurity recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT and Cybersecurity roles, technical requirements, and industry trends
- Experience recruiting for positions such as Security Analysts, Network Engineers, Systems Admins.
- Knowledge of technical certifications and qualifications in IT and Cybersecurity
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Italian language skills are a plus
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation
- Experience with active recruitment and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven track record in full-cycle technical recruitment
