Role Overview We are looking to welcome a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager to our People team in Helsinki.
The team consists of our Head of People Nanna, our Talent Acquisition Lead Sara, our People Operations Manager Sonja and our People Operations Manager Sarah.
Our goal is to provide all the necessary People-related support to enable our teams to grow during 2025 and beyond, and you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring the most sought after talent on the market to support these goals.
This position is full-time and based out of our HQ in Helsinki, Finland.
The salary range is 4000-4500 €/month (negotiable depending on previous experience).
You will work with Full-stack recruitment.
Full ownership of hiring processes from start to finish to all Hoxhunt's functions according to our hiring plan Special focus on tech & product Source candidates through relevant channels Manage incoming recruitment referrals according to our referral process Provide initial candidate screening and high-level evaluation of skills, experience and motivation Occasionally manage and collaborate with recruiting partners and consultants Hiring Manager collaboration.
Working closely with hiring managers and hiring teams to drive recruitment processes forward and ensure closing of the right talent Support Hiring Managers in offer negotiation and ensure smooth transition to contract signing Coach Hiring Managers in all things recruitment-related Talent-related data and networks : Build understanding of the talent market through data and candidate networks among hiring teams Foster a data-driven approach to talent acquisition work and ensuring hiring data hygiene Participate in the building of Hoxhunt's talent pipeline Requirements We love proactivity and a high sense of ownership.

We succeed together and have each other's backs, and believe in openness and positivity Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting in a tech scale-up environment Comfortable with full-scale recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, pipeline management, supporting decision making and closing for a variety of business functions (tech, product, customer success, sales, marketing, general administration) Preference of working with modern talent acquisition principles where hiring quality, candidate and hiring manager experience are your guiding stars, while maintaining a fast pace Outbound-specific recruitment experience: prospecting, outreach and being the first point of contact selling the role Full working proficiency in English Excellent communication and presentation skills Nice-to-Have's Experience from working with employer branding or willingness to work with these type of tasks.
For example, create recruitment and technology industry events and other projects inside and outside Hoxhunt Skill-based hiring approach: you screen for skills rather than work experience in your work Our Process Initial call with our Head of People (30min remote)  Skill-based interview with our Talent Acquisition Lead (60min remote)  Homework and panel interview with the whole People team (60min on-site) We also check two references as part of our hiring quality process.
