Your Role The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for three key areas: talent attraction, talent acquisition, and talent retention. The Talent Acquisition Manager supports the Chief People and Strategy Officer with the definition and rollout of a global talent strategy focused on these three areas. Together with the People team, the Talent Acquisition Manager ensures that global HR initiatives are implemented on a global and local level. This role reports to the Chief People and Strategy Officer.
Important Responsibilities Implement global talent strategy focused on talent attraction, talent acquisition, and talent retention in accordance with Oddschecker Global Media's values and aims of culture development.
Ensure the talent and recruitment strategy is set up to hire the best talent in the market.
Support managers with interview training.
Function as "change ambassador" within the company by supporting change efforts actively and with a positive mindset.
Lead the employer branding project in close collaboration with Marketing.
Work with the Chief People and Strategy Officer to set and achieve key performance goals (KPIs) in line with Oddschecker's strategy.
Collaborate closely with the other HR Managers to align HR duties across all geographical regions.
Ensure that all activities are consistent with and support the global direction of the brand.
Expected Results Trusted partnership with managers and employees established.
Talent acquisition strategy has been adapted to continuously achieve strong output in recruitment.
Internal talent supports a positive business outcome and external talent is attracted by Oddschecker Global Media's employer brand.
Change projects are supported through positive communication, role modeling, and coaching.
Profile 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on talent attraction, acquisition, and retention.
Proven proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems, with a mandatory requirement of experience using Workday.
Proficient in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant platforms for effective talent sourcing and recruitment.
Genuine passion for sports and preferably possess an interest in online sports betting, aligning with the nature of our industry.
Background in tech recruitment, covering roles in backend, frontend, automation testing, etc.
Experience and success in active sourcing and headhunting for top-tier talent.
Demonstrated ability to devise and implement talent strategies for a global organization.
Track record of achieving OKRs in line with organizational strategy.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluency in English (Spanish or Italian being a plus).
