Job objective : As a key member of our team, the person in this role will be tasked with actively contributing to the achievement of our annual recruitment goals for the Spain office. They will also play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our hires, thereby guaranteeing our operational excellence.
YOUR ROLE : Analyze, Understand, Challenge : Examine, understand, and question the client needs identified by the Business Managers.Industrial Expertise : Leverage your industrial knowledge to optimize your performance and that of the Talent Acquisition Officers (TAOs) you will mentor.Proactive Contributor : Be a proactive contributor to all recruitment efforts within your Business Line, especially for profile-based recruitment.Networking and Direct Approach : Use your network of candidates and consultants to help attract talent while actively engaging in daily direct outreach.Online Presence : Be a recognized figure on social media, sharing relevant content related to our fields.Advising and Planning : Advise and project your candidates by relying on project references.Talent Pool Sharing : Share the candidate pool across the entire scope (Business Managers / Talent Acquisition).Recruitment Indicators : Ensure the recruitment indicators are up to date to provide an accurate view of activities.Sharing Best Practices : Share best recruitment practices (sourcing, interviews, etc.) with Business Managers and Talent Acquisition Officers across the group.Process Coordination : Follow and coordinate the recruitment processes within the Nantes area.School Partnerships : Propose new partnerships with target schools to expand the recruitment scope and lead school-related actions and candidate events to enhance the company's visibility.Ethics and Onboarding : Uphold and implement Abylsen's ethical code in daily practice and contribute to the onboarding of newly recruited consultants. YOUR FUTURE TEAM :
You will be integrated into the Spain team and will also collaborate with the French team. In the OSO-Spain area, there are 25 people dedicated to working together, including 7 recruiters. On the Business Manager side in Barcelona, we support 2 BMs in growing their consultant team.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU :
- Experience in recruitment, specifically in industrial roles, and knowledge of the challenges related to our engineering consulting activities.
- Ease of communication and sharing! Ability to work well in a team and enjoy it.
