Don't miss out on being part of an awesome team!TasksManage the end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding) for open roles.Coach, lead, and manage a team of 2 TAs.Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop and execute a hiring strategy to deliver a strong talent pipeline, adapted to the market and the company's growth objectives.Lead and manage the performance review process, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to employees and managers.Design, implement, and evaluate talent development programs that support the growth and development of employees across all levels of the organization.Establish and monitor KPIs and talent metrics to measure the hiring success and other programs' effectiveness.Actively look for ways to improve the processes, workflows, and the use of tools.Contribute to enhancing the employer brand, making the organization an attractive choice for top talent.Stay informed about market trends and talent insights to advise our leaders and maintain competitiveness in the hiring performance.Reporting to the People & Culture Manager.RequirementsFull professional level of English.Any other European language (German is a big plus!).A degree in HR or any other field.At least 3 years of full recruitment cycle experience (tech focus is a plus!).At least 2 years of experience in managing and leading a recruitment team toward success.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and be flexible in adjusting the strategy accordingly to business needs.
