.Talent Acquisition Lead ExpertCurrently, we are looking for a senior Talent Acquisition Lead Expert to manage and coordinate end-to-end internal and external recruitment processes, developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee the talent acquisition specialist team, keeping consistency in processes and procedures, and monitoring and analyzing KPIs and other recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.MAIN RESPONSABILITIESPut the Talent Attraction & Acquisition strategy in practice:Collaborate with the Talent Attraction & Acquisition Manager to develop and adjust the strategy.Implement and ensure the deployment of the strategy, maintaining consistency in processes across all strategic areas.Develop innovative recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals, promoting positive candidate experiences.Analyze and improve the existing model, processes, and systems, proposing alternatives to enhance team efficiency and productivity.Tools, Procedures, Processes:Propose and implement process and technology improvements, adopting industry best practices and innovative strategies.Identify new recruitment channels and sources, establishing favorable collaboration agreements.Promote the use of resource management tools aligned with company needs.Employer Branding:Understand business needs and provide tailored talent attraction solutions.Work closely with corporate areas (especially Internal and Corporate Communication) to align employer branding with commercial strategy and set KPIs to measure the success of branding initiatives.Team Coordination:Monitor and balance the team's workload to ensure equitable distribution, optimizing productivity and taking care of business priorities.Coordinate and develop the team to achieve objectives, ensuring effective onboarding and continuous professional development for the best talent.Provide coaching and ensure efficiency and agility in the team.Dashboards and Forecasting:Create and manage analytics-based dashboards.Monitor and visually present key performance indicators for each stakeholder.Ensure the quality of dashboards and personalized reports for strategic decision-making.REQUIREMENTSOver 5 years in talent attraction and acquisition roles, preferably in the retail sector and managing high-volume recruitment cycles.Expertise in team coordination and planning.Experience in people analytics, Power BI, and HRIS (Workday is a plus).Ability to develop and execute strategies aligned with organizational goals.English proficiency level.Working experience in Agile environments/methodologies.Ability to perform in High-Performance environments.WHAT WE OFFEROur PurposeAt Leroy Merlin Spain, we have a purpose that gives meaning to who we are and everything we do, a guide that is our commitment to you and the planet.
