The Role : As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll help attract great people to Morningstar and create a positive team environment for others to succeed in this endeavour as well.

Reporting to our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in London, this position is based in our Madrid office.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate the recruiting lifecycle including job postings, sourcing candidates, resume review, interview arrangements and employment offers.
Partner with hiring managers to successfully match candidate skillsets to business needs.
Maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
Continuously contribute to improving and enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Enthusiastically promote Morningstar as a great place to work through campus recruiting and other promotion efforts, as needed.
Dedicated partnership with our Data and Client Service organisations.
Oversee and coach Talent Acquisition Associates in the Madrid office.
Collaborate with the regional Talent Acquisition teams to stay on top of global processes and trending best practices.
Requirements :
Excellent communication, client service and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail.
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Passion for Morningstar's mission and values.
Commitment to deliver exceptional client and candidate experience.
3-5 years of previous recruiting experience is preferred.
