Job Description This is an entry level role with excellent opportunities for personal growth and career development, working for a growing business within the renewable sector.
You will join our Global Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment activities especially dedicated to Italy while collaborating on Talent Acquisition initiatives.
The main responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Intern are: Post jobs in Linkedin Evaluate and screen resumes of potential talents Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills Conduct phone, Microsoft teams/Zoom and/or in-person interviews Liaise with and update hiring managers on recruitment process and provide shortlists of qualified candidates to them Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires as well as manage the candidate experience and ensure they are updated at all points of the interview process Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods Prepare monthly reports on ongoing recruitment activities Assist with general recruitment administration Attend job fairs and careers events Qualifications Be passionate and will have the drive to develop a career in recruitment Be service orientated and provide a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers Fluent English (C2 Level-Native) and at least B2/C1 of Spanish is required.
Have experience working to deadlines in a KPI driven role Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Have strong written and verbal English communication skills Have excellent organizational and coordination skills Have strong attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills Degree in a related field would be highly valued Basic knowledge of labor and employment laws HR administration experience would be considered a plus In the Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
