Job Description As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will act as a strategic partner for candidates, recruiters, and interviewers in achieving our hiring goals. Your role will be critical in helping ensure candidates have a positive interviewing experience. This role is fully remote and a six-month contract.
What will you do? Schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers using GoodTime, a scheduling automation system.Deliver a remarkable candidate experience.Direct incoming recruiting-related communications with recruiters, interviewers, and candidates in a timely manner.Connect with the team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and process accuracy.Qualifications Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and work ethic when dealing with a high volume.Must live in Spain.Fluent in Spanish and English.2+ years of recruiting coordination experience.Extremely organized and proactive with follow-ups.Strong communication and professional writing skills.Proven track record of success in previous roles/internships.Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Coordination.Use of either GoodTime or Greenhouse is a bonus.Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
